International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally using DHL/FedEx/Aramex, ensuring reliable delivery to destinations worldwide. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, Dubai, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Thailand and Malaysia. For shipping to other destinations or to inquire about shipping charges, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9833722457.
Import duties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any such charges.
For returns or exchanges on international orders, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances, your shipment could get delayed, in such cases, we’ll keep you updated in the best way possible.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do not have a refund policy.
To avoid excessive wastage, to adopt a more sustainable approach and to make your shoes
extremely special and unique, our shoes are made-to-order only. So we do not have a refund policy.
But then, how to avoid sizing issues?
To get your perfect size, please select your shoe size based on your foot length.
In case you’re confused between two sizes, go for a slightly bigger size.
What’s foot length?
Foot length is the measurement from your toes to your ankle in cm/inches.
You can easily check it with a ruler/measure tape at home.
What if we receive the wrong product or a damaged product?
In case a defective/damaged/wrong product is sent to you from our side,
we’ll promptly exchange it for the right item.
We’ll need to be intimated with a video of the same on heychaljooti@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9833722457 or over Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours of receiving the wrong product to get it exchanged. Our team will verify the claim and if the return is approved, we’ll get the product picked up and get a new one delivered. We will try to ensure that the new product is delivered earliest possible but it can take up to 11 working days.
If the product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable a coupon code of the same amount will be sent to your email id with a validity of 6 months.
Chal Jooti holds the sole right to approve/reject a return/exchange request.
Do we have to return the Chal Jooti trunk box as well that the shoes came in?
In case of an exchange, you may keep the trunk box and only return the shoes. A fresh pair of shoes will be sent to you.
In the case of an entire product being returned for store credit, the trunk box will
also have to be returned along with the shoes.
The return/replacement policy is only applicable to the pair of shoes and not
to the Chal Jooti trunk boxes that we send our shoes in.
In no scenario, whatsoever, will the trunk be replaced or exchanged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you're satisfied with your experience at Chal Jooti.
Here's our policy:
Cancellation:
Once your order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Refund Requests
Refunds will only be considered in extremely specific cases such as:
- You don't receive your order within 3 weeks of the order placing date. (This is only applicable if the delay in shipping wasn't informed to the customer in advance)
- Your shipping location isn't serviced by our partner courier companies.
- The customer inadvertently placed duplicate orders by mistake The same should be communicated to the team within 3 hours of order placement.
Damaged Products:
We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive damaged products, we'll gladly exchange them following our exchange policy. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged items.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds in the following situations:
- Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
- Recipient not available at the mentioned address/premises.
- Refusal to accept products.
- Delivery made to a person/place other than the customer specifically mentioned by the customer.
- Force majeure event.
- Tampering with the product by the customer.
